At Energy Systems Catapult we have been exploring the purpose, scope, and methodology for a robust and adaptable systems map for several years.

In this session, we will take a collaborative and principles-led approach to establish expert views on systems mapping best practice. Using a workshop approach, we will discuss the key components of a systems map, the benefits they provide that no other approach can offer, and how we can make the content engaging.

The context for discussion will be grounded in energy innovation in the domain of flexibility. Experience with systems mapping is a prerequisite for attendees, and knowledge of energy innovation or energy flexibility is desirable but not essential. The session will be recorded.
