1. Prizes are: £100 shopping voucher; £50 shopping voucher; £25 shopping voucher. The prize draw is open to anyone who completes the feedback survey, opts into the prize draw and provides their personal contact information. You do not need to consent to take part in additional research to enter and be eligible for the prize draw. On entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter and is being held and managed by Energy Systems Catapult (ESC). Entrance to the draw will close at midnight on 13th March 2026. Responses may still be submitted after that time but will not be added to the draw.
  3. The draw will take place after 17th March 2026 with winners selected by a randomised number selector. You must provide your contact details to be entered in the draw and must be aged over 18.
  4. If winners cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts prizes will be reallocated. Only one entry allowed per household. Entrants must be UK residents. The prize draw is not open to employees of ESC, SGN or projects funded by SGN this survey relates to.
  5. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. ESC may require you to provide proof that you are eligible.
  6. Names and postal addresses provided during the course of the free draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only as required for delivery of the prize to winners.
  7. We will retain your personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw for no longer than 30 days, after which it will be securely deleted from our systems.
  8. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind, and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar or greater value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  9. Our decision regarding any aspect of the free draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into about it. ESC will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, ESC will send the surname and county of the prize draw winner to anyone who emails WHPSupport@es.catapult.org.uk within one month after the closing date of the prize draw. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact us at that email. In such circumstances, ESC must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  10. Entrants are responsible for understanding how prize values may impact on any tax liabilities or benefits. We accept no responsibility in this regard. Insofar as it is permitted by law, we will not be responsible for, or liable to compensate winners for, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence.
  11. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these rules.
