Christer Stoyell

Christer has worked in the energy, natural resources and recycling sectors across Europe and is currently Managing Director of Severn Trent Green Power, the UK’s largest renewable energy generator from the recycling of organic material. He is a IUK-nominated Non-Executive Director at the Catapult.

Meet Christer Stoyell

Christer has spent the last 16 years in multiple leadership roles in the energy, natural resources and recycling sectors across Europe.

He’s passionate about driving the transition to a sustainable economy. He has been Operations Director for a grid-scale battery storage venture and is currently Managing Director of Severn Trent Green Power, the UK’s largest renewable energy generator from the recycling of organic material.

Over the last 6 years Christer has also been a Non-Executive Director at Mind, the mental health charity, in both the UK and Hong Kong. He has worked extensively internationally and speaks fluent Swedish, German and Spanish. Christer is married, has three sons and lives in Warwick.
