Tania Songini

Non-Executive Director

Former Finance Director of Siemens Energy UK, where she was involved in the energy, healthcare, and logistics sectors, Tania has built a portfolio of NED roles focused on the energy transition.

This includes sitting on the board of both Thrive Renewables plc (a mid-sized renewable energy developer and operator) and Guernsey Electricity (the sole electricity utility on the island of Guernsey). She has also sat on The Private Infrastructure Development Group (a development finance fund for infrastructure projects in the poorest countries of Africa and Asia) and is currently engaged as an advisor by GIRA, a merchant bank which structures finance for companies investing in renewable energy.

She also sits on the Board of the National Wealth Fund having previously served on the Board of the UK Infrastructure Bank.
