Our market-leading ‘SME Surgeries’ triage innovator needs
Our SME Surgeries are aimed at energy innovators looking to take their business to the next level. The Surgeries are brief sessions that enable us to review your business and provide expert advice, and a free diagnosis to help get your business in shape.
The free-to-attend Surgery is for organisations with products or services they believe could be sold into the energy sector. A typical surgery session lasts around 20 minutes and weekly slots are available. Before joining an SME Surgery, innovators will need to complete a form to help us better understand the innovator’s needs and the type of support that is needed.
The Catapult offers follow-up calls if specific support is needed from our platforms and capabilities team.
The session provides innovators insight into ELP&I and the wider Catapult, helping them access free expert insight about the UK energy system.
Examples of support we provide:
- Insight reports
- Newsletters
- Sign-posting to funding calls
- Investors
- Partners
- Test facilities
- International opportunities
- Access to the Catapult Network
- Supply chain landscapes
- Events
We cannot guarantee that innovators will get support directly from the Catapult. We treat these Surgery sessions as a way of getting to know each other and to discuss opportunities – whether that is with us, our partners, or in the broader sector, which may lead to further engagement.
If you’d like to sign up to join one of our upcoming SME Surgery sessions, then get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!
