Modernising Energy Data Applications Final Show and Tell
Utilising energy data is key to developing resilient local energy systems, integrating intermittent renewable energy and lowering the whole system cost. Through the Modernising Energy Data Application (MEDApps) competition, UKRI has funded five innovative projects aiming at developing new products and user-centric services using energy data. A range of new applications has been proposed to deal with some of the biggest challenges of the energy transition such as EV charging points roll-out, district heating networks, local area energy planning, and fuel poverty.
During this event, the SMEs funded through MEDApps will give a demo of their final product and present case studies where their solutions have been or will be tested. We will also hear from IceBreaker One, winner of the Modernising Energy Data Access Competition, who will give an update on the development of Open Energy, a solution that streamlines data access and secure data sharing while automating the compliance process.
Please register separately for both of the events below to hear from all of our innovators and learn more about state-of-the-art energy data applications.
