Birmingham-based Studio Victoria facilitates the reduction of carbon emissions by providing their clients with data-driven Digital Twins that can receive information from any third-party smart sensor, promoting a more efficient heating and cooling of the buildings.
Virtual replicas of physical objects or systems that data scientists can use to run simulations to optimise deployment of devices or technology for peak efficiency.

Studio Victoria want to validate and further refine their existing customer segmentation, determine the right business model for those different customer segments and develop clear and simple offerings, so that their value propositions make sense and appeal to both clients and potential investors.
