Head of Modern Energy Partners, Christine St John Cox, is speaking at the Energy and Sustainability in the Public Sector conference on the 13th May 2021.
Christine St John Cox will be a keynote speaker at the Public Sector Estates Conference alongside Stuart Burrows from the Office of Government Property on 20th May.
Public sector sites, including a university and military bases, will host a ground-breaking pilot project to develop smart, integrated energy solutions to cut energy costs and carbon emissions across the public sector estate, in a collaborative project between Energy Systems Catapult, the Cabinet Office and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
As part of the Energy System Integration Guides project, the Catapult carried out a feasibility study to investigate how the public sector estate could help stimulate the market for integrated energy solutions using campus scale sites (e.g. hospitals, prisons).
Investigating the impact of distributed energy on transforming the UK energy system and the feasibility of using integrated energy solutions on campus scale sites to improve outcomes for both the site and the wider energy system.
