Energy Systems Catapult (the Catapult) is looking for external support to deliver an exciting programme of Net Zero projects. We have created a variety of Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL) to cover our requirement.

We are seeking to become more flexible and proactive with an extended network of pre-approved, expert contractors to enhance our client offer.

Net Zero Homes: We help home energy innovations grow fast, delivering peerless real-world testing and driving skills and investment for zero carbon homes.

Net Zero Sites: We help public, commercial, and industrial estates make energy savings and cut emissions through award-winning teamwork, ground-breaking guidance and the latest innovative thinking.

Net Zero Places: We empower and advise local authorities, Network Operators, and central and devolved governments to take Net Zero action, mobilising the plans, projects, processes, and partners needed to decarbonise local areas.

Whole Systems & Networks: We equip you with the evidence, insights and innovations needed to deliver the future Net Zero energy system.

Energy Launchpad & International: Energy Launchpad opens doors at home and abroad to create your start-up success story, making connections to domestic and international partners to help your business thrive.

Preferred Supplier Lists:

Our aim is for the PSLs to represent a strategic compilation of vetted suppliers, selected for their ability fulfil our requirements. Each PSL contains Areas of Expertise. Suppliers can request to join one or multiple areas. For comprehensive detail about these areas, supplier selection criteria and our full qualification requirements, please request an application pack by completing this form. Suppliers are also required to be registered on Proactis. We are committed to procuring in an efficient, fair, equitable, safe and environmentally conscious way.

Compliance

Our Procurement activities will:

• Follow processes that are ethical and compliant with legal obligations
• Aim to achieve value for money, based on whole life costs regarding quality of goods and services
• Help to improve the competitiveness of suppliers, support the local economy and create social impact where possible

A copy of the Catapult’s terms and conditions will be located within the application pack and must be agreed to upon submission.

Social Value

For the Catapult, social impact refers to the positive impact we can create for society, beyond the day job we are delivering. It involves understanding and prioritising the wellbeing of stakeholders – employees, communities, and the environment – through ethical practices.
