24-25/05/2022 - National Housing Federation: Climate Change and Sustainability in Housing 2022

The Climate Change and Sustainability in Housing virtual conference will return on 24-25 May 2022.

The decarbonisation of homes is a key challenge facing the sector in the years and decades ahead. It is also the most significant action that housing associations can take to help avoid catastrophic climate change.

However, this issue cannot be solved in silos, it involves the entire organisation from the board and the exec teams to the operational and frontline staff. This event is uniquely placed to bring all of these stakeholders together under one roof to voice their challenges and explore new opportunities. Guy Newey, Energy Systems Catapult’s New Chief Executive Officer, will speak on a panel about:

Analysis of implementing new heat solutions and systems

  • The practicalities of installing ground and air heat pumps.
  • The costs involved.
  • Is hydrogen a viable heating solution?

You can register for your place on the NHF website.
