Senior Product Manager

Salary : 50-58k + Benefits

Status: Permanent /Full-time preferable (requests for part-time/flexible working arrangements are welcome)

Transitioning to a low-carbon energy system to meet the 2050 net zero target is one of the most complex and important challenges that humanity faces, the challenge is multi-faceted, but one area we are focused on is helping people live in affordably warm homes. Our Fair Futures work is focused on designing and testing new solutions that ensure low income and vulnerable consumers can participate in the smart, flexible energy system needed to reach Net Zero.

To that end we have developed Warm Home Prescription® a full end to end service that “prescribes” warmth to people whose health conditions are made worse by the cold.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and on-going development of our B2B2C Warm Home Prescription® digital platform and wrap around services. Although this role covers the full product development cycle, it will be focussed on further scaling our current offer identifying further client needs, managing supply chain, refining the end to end user journey, refining system requirements, and working with operational support services. We are a small team, therefore looking for broad product management skills rather than deep digital technical expertise. We need someone who is prepared to do, not just define. You will work closely with technical delivery teams to refine the full-service offering.
