27/06/2024 - Decarbonising your estate – best practice and learnings for UK local authorities

With more than 300,000 individual properties, at a combined value of £515 billion, the UK public sector manages, by some distance, the largest property portfolio in the country. At present, public sector buildings are responsible for around 2% of the total UK greenhouse gas emissions.

Local authorities have a large role to play in decarbonising estate buildings across the UK which can significantly decrease overall carbon emissions. Decarbonising buildings can lead to the long-term cost saving as you transition your estate to low carbon technologies.

We invite you to this webinar to join your peers and industry experts to a Net Zero Go sharing session, which will support you in your journey to decarbonise your estate. You will hear about:

  • Our user research outcomes
  • Our Public Sector Decarbonisation Guidance
  • Our Learning Management Modules being delivered by local partnerships
  • How other councils have delivered similar projects within their own estate

Join us online on 27 June at 10am to learn, share and collaborate.
